Welcome to PKR67. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PKR67 platform, website and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by PKR67 ("PKR67", "we", "us", "our") and accessible at https://pkr67.cam.

PKR67 is an English-language online betting information and guide platform targeting Pakistani users. We provide educational content about sports betting, live casino gaming, responsible gambling and account management. We do not hold a gambling licence directly and we do not process financial transactions on this site. Your financial relationship is exclusively with the licensed operator or platform you choose to engage with.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any way — whether as a registered user or a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the PKR67 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the relevant licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling or the use of such information platforms is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a self-excluded individual from any gambling platform or service, and you are not accessing the Platform in violation of any self-exclusion agreement you have entered into;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up-to-date;
• You are using the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only;
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the PKR67 Platform.

PKR67 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm identity, age and location. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

To access certain features of the Platform, Users may be required to create an Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKR67 reserves the right to close all but one account and to forfeit any bonus balances associated with duplicate registrations.

4.2 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at the point of registration and must keep their account details up-to-date at all times. This includes legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

4.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. PKR67 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4.4 Account Closure

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. PKR67 may also close or suspend an Account at its discretion if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns or eligibility violations.

PKR67 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. As a condition of continued account access and withdrawal eligibility, Users may be required to complete identity verification. The following conditions apply:

• Users may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of address documentation (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) may be required where the operator's KYC process mandates it;
• A liveness check or selfie-with-document verification step may be required as part of the identity confirmation process;
• All documents must be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal only;
• Users must never alter, obscure, retouch or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents may result in permanent account closure and may be referred to the relevant authorities;
• PKR67 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

The following terms govern deposits made through the Platform. PKR67 references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as educational context only. These references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that any of these providers support gambling transactions.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method and may vary. Illustrative examples on this Platform use PKR amounts for reference only;
• PKR67 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposit availability depends on your chosen payment method, operator policy, applicable regulations and your account verification status.

6.2 Payment Method Availability

The availability of specific payment methods — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant transfer services such as Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — depends entirely on the operator's cashier, applicable law and the individual provider's terms of service. PKR67 does not guarantee that any specific method will be available at any given time.

6.3 Currency

Where deposits are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), amounts will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. PKR67 does not guarantee specific processing times, as these are determined by the operator, your payment provider and the status of your account verification.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered account;
• Users must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps before a withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• PKR67 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal of any amount;
• Withdrawal processing windows vary by method: e-wallet and mobile payment withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers, which may take 1–5 business days. These are indicative ranges only — no specific timeframe is guaranteed;
• Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to additional due diligence and extended processing times.

All bonus offers and promotional credits made available through the PKR67 Platform are subject to the following general terms. Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposits, game restrictions, time limits and eligible markets will be stated within each individual offer's terms. In the event of any conflict between the general terms below and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). The PKR amounts used in examples on this Platform are illustrative only and do not represent live guaranteed promotions.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address or payment method;
• Users who self-exclude are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus offers during the self-exclusion period;
• PKR67 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus that was claimed in breach of these Terms, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of a technical error;
• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts apply to each offer and will be stated in the offer's specific terms.

8.3 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games, live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific offer. Always refer to the individual offer's terms for game contribution rates.

8.4 Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited to the account. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that remain unplayed at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are stated within each individual offer's terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the Platform or any operator accessed via the Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by the relevant operator. PKR67 and/or the operator reserve the right to decline, limit or void any bet at their absolute discretion — including in the event of pricing errors, technical issues or where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns.

9.2 Odds and RTP

All odds and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are illustrative or indicative figures unless specifically stated otherwise. Decimal odds are the standard format on the Platform. RTP figures referenced for casino and slot games are category-level averages — the actual RTP for any specific game title should be confirmed via the in-game paytable provided by the game provider.

9.3 In-Play / Live Betting

In-play markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation based on real-time match events. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, subject to latency and technical constraints. PKR67 does not guarantee that in-play odds reflect a specific real-world match situation at any precise moment in time.

9.4 Cricket, PSL and ICC References

References to Pakistan cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 tournaments and ICC (International Cricket Council) events are made as sports context only. PKR67 has no official partnership with, or endorsement from, the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board), PSL franchise teams, the ICC or any affiliated cricket governing body.

PKR67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its platform ethos. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering losses or a financial strategy.

10.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to registered Users and should be set up at the point of account creation:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount that can be deposited within each period;
• Loss Limits: Caps on total net losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net position;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account access restriction, typically available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently.

10.2 Age Verification

PKR67 strictly enforces an 18+ access policy (or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction). Age verification checks may be applied at any point during the user lifecycle. Any user found to be underage will have their account closed immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR67 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Using a false or borrowed identity, including submitting fraudulent or altered KYC documents;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by law;
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes, sports results or betting markets (collusion or match-fixing);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Conducting transactions that constitute or facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of welcome offers across multiple accounts or payment methods;
• Posting, transmitting or otherwise distributing unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene content through or in connection with the Platform.

All content published on the PKR67 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, guides, data compilations and software — is the property of PKR67 or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent from PKR67;
• Commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform's content;
• Framing, scraping or systematic extraction of Platform data;
• Use of PKR67's trademarks, logos or brand assets without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR67 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss — including gambling losses, loss of winnings, loss of deposits or consequential financial damage — arising from use of the Platform or any operator accessed via the Platform;
• Inaccuracies in odds, RTP figures, bonus amounts or promotional descriptions where these are illustrative in nature and not contractually binding live offers;
• Technical outages, platform downtime, connectivity failures or data loss;
• The conduct, terms, policies or decisions of any third-party operator whose services a User chooses to access;
• User reliance on Platform content as legal, financial or gambling advice — all content is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude PKR67's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR67 is incorporated and licensed. Users access the Platform from their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws.

PKR67 does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. In particular, Pakistani users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, associated provincial legislation and any regulatory guidance issued by relevant Pakistani authorities before participating in online gambling activities.

PKR67 does not claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

PKR67 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. The "last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material in nature, PKR67 will endeavour to communicate changes to registered Users via the email address associated with their account prior to the changes taking effect. However, it is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.
